Order Processing & Delivery times in USA

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from your date of purchase (i.e. Order Date).

Standard shipping within United States (USA) typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Regular Order Tracking

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is  delivered safely and securely. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or text message within 24 hours once your order has been shipped.

In case an order has multiple items, depending on the availability we may ship products in multiple shipments. So you may receive multiple shipping tracking link for the same order.


Shipping options

We offer multiple delivery/pickup options within United States (USA).

  1. FREE Delivery: We offer Free Shipping (within USA) on all orders of $150 or over.
  2. Standard Ground Shipping: For orders valued less than $150 we offer Standard Ground Shipping at only $9.99 irrespective of the order size.
  3. Expedited 2-Day Shipping: We also offer Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days) for $19.99 irrespective of the order amount or size.
  4. In-Person delivery in New Jersey (NJ): In-Person delivery at your doorstep is available at only $4.99 for limited zip codes in New Jersey (NJ)*
  5. FREE pickup locations are available in New Jersey (NJ)*


BACKORDER Processing

For certain items on our website we allow customers to place backorders.

  1. Notification: When you place a 'backorder', we will notify you that the item(s) is on backorder and provide with an estimated shipping/delivery date.
  2. Backorder fulfillment: When the product is back in stock, we will fulfill and deliver the backorder to you.
  3. Backorder wait time: The average shipping time for a backorder is 15-20 business days from the order date, but it can vary depending on the item, season rush, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. During the wait time our team will be in touch with you to provide regular updates on your order status. In case an order has multiple items, depending on the availability, we may ship products in multiple shipments. So you may receive multiple shipping tracking link for the same order.
  4. Refund: We try our best to ensure all backorders are fulfilled on time, but (just) in case we are not able to fulfill your backorder within 45 business days from the order date, we will refund the complete order amount in the original form of payment. Please refer to the "Returns & Refunds" section for more details.
