Return Policy

  1. We have a 10-day return policy for damaged and defective products only,  which means you have 10 days after delivery, to request a  return. So we strongly encourage to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition  that you received it, unused, with tags, original receipt and in its original  packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for refund.
  3. We do a thorough quality check before shipping our products. The only scenario where we would offer a refund is when the product has a major manufacturing defect. Please read the below "Disclaimer", which is also listed against every product.


Contact Us for Returns

In case of returns, please get in touch with us via email or through our Contact Us page with your order number, date of purchase, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert within 2-3 business days.


Returns Shipping

We do not arrange for return pick up, and all return costs are to be borne by the customer.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, the order amount  will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note, for some banks and credit card companies the processing time might be longer.


For Backorders: In case we are not able to fulfill your backorder within 30 business days from the order date, we will refund the complete order amount in the original form of payment.


Items ineligible for returns

  1. Custom orders, Gift Sets, Gift Boxes, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and all Sale items are final. These cannot be returned not eligible for refunds.
  2. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for refund.


DISCLAIMER

All our products are handcrafted and handmade, resulting in each product being unique. Some irregularities like missing prints, light and dark areas, small smudges are all a part of the block print process. These are not considered as manufacturing defects. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Please note that due to different light settings on different mediums, the product may appear lighter or darker.

Approximate dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain refunds for size related issues.
