SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from your date of purchase (i.e. Order Date).

Standard shipping within United States (USA) typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is  delivered safely and securely. You will receive a tracking number via email and/or text message within 1 business day once your order has been shipped.

In case an order has multiple items, depending on the availability we may ship products in multiple shipments. So you may receive multiple shipping tracking link for the same order.

We offer four delivery/pickup options within United States (USA) - Free Delivery, Standard Ground Shipping, In-Person Drop off in NJ*, In-Person Pickup in NJ* 

We offer Free Shipping (within USA) on all orders of $150 or over.

For orders valued less than $150 we offer Standard Ground Shipping at only $9.99 irrespective of the order size.

In-Person delivery at your doorstep is available at only $2.99 for limited zip codes in New Jersey (NJ). We plan to add more zip codes in the future. Currently we cover the following towns in NJ for in-person drop off --- Livingston, Caldwell, East Hanover, Florham Park, Hanover, Maplewood, Milburn, Montclair, Morris Plains, Morristown, Parsippany-Troy Hills, Roseland, Short Hills, Summit, Verona, West Orange, Whippany.

Free Pickup location is also available in Livingston, NJ.

For certain items on our website we allow customers to place backorders.

1. Notification: When you place a 'backorder', we will notify you that the item(s) is on backorder and provide with an estimated shipping/delivery date.
2. Backorder fulfillment: When the product is back in stock, we will fulfill and deliver the backorder to you.
3. Backorder wait time: The average shipping time for a backorder is 10-15 business days from the order date, but it can vary depending on the item, season rush, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. During the wait time our team will be in touch with you to provide regular updates on your order status. In case an order has multiple items, depending on the availability, we may ship products in multiple shipments. So you may receive multiple shipping tracking link for the same order.
4. Refund: We try our best to ensure all backorders are fulfilled on time, but (just) in case we are not able to fulfill your backorder within 30 business days from the order date, we will refund the complete order amount in the original form of payment. Please refer to the "Returns & Refunds" section for more details.

1. We have a 5-day return policy for damaged and defective products only,  which means you have 5 days after delivery, to request a  return. So we strongly encourage to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition  that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original  packaging. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for refund.

3. We do a thorough quality check before shipping our products. The only scenario where we would offer a refund is when the product has a major manufacturing defect. Please read the below "Disclaimer", which is also listed against every product.

In case of returns, please get in touch with us via email or through Contact Us page with your order number, date of purchase, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. We will look into the issue and revert within 2-3 business days.

We do not arrange for return pick up, all return costs are to be borne by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, the order amount  will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5-8 business days. Kindly note, for some banks and credit card companies the processing time might be longer.

For Backorders: In case we are not able to fulfill your backorder within 30 business days from the order date, we will refund the complete order amount in the original form of payment.

1. Custom orders, Gift Sets, Gift Boxes and all Sale items are final. These cannot be returned not eligible for refunds.

2. Item(s) which show signs of usage before will not be eligible for refund.

All our products are handcrafted and handmade, resulting in each product being unique. Some irregularities like missing prints, light and dark areas, small smudges are all a part of the block print process. These are not considered as manufacturing defects. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Please note that due to different light settings on different mediums, the product may appear lighter or darker.

Approximate dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain refunds for size related issues.
